First week in Aachen is up, and I’m back home for less than 24 hours. I went home basically to hug my man and my cat, and go back. Aachen is not that far from home, but far enough that I already know I won’t be making the trip on a weekly basis. It’s partly the journey, and partly because it seems as though Aachen (the city) and I are only starting to get to know each other. Take my advice, you want to be around for the beginning of a relationship. Cute, humid and rainy as it is, it has already been sending tiny winks my way, making me feel very safe and excited about things to come.
